Grant Activity

While this award is open to any project in the disciplines listed above, there is interest in scholars who are in these particular specialty areas.

For the BSc (Honors) in Mobile Computing, faculty training is requested on emerging mobile technologies; mobile device programming; applications and services development, including impact of technology and wireless in the classroom; and mobile application development introduction to software as a service interface.

For the BSc (Honors) in Multimedia Systems, faculty training is requested on PHP, Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash CS6, Macromedia Director MX 2004, 3D Max and Photoshop. Additional topics for training: network and information security; computer forensic and data recovery; fundamental concepts of biometrics, including the analysis of tools and knowledge; malware: identifying, classifying and analyzing and recommending; ethical hacking; and cyber-crime investigation.

Special Features

The host institution shall provide all logistics with reference to accommodation and local transport arrangements.
