The Faculty of Law at the University of Trento employs individuals working with a focus on comparative and international law. All faculty speak English, allowing for opportunities to develop research and teaching synergies with local staff. ln 2017-18 the Law School started a new three-year course in Comparative, European and lnternational Legal Studies (CEILS), taught entirely in English. Moreover, the Faculty of Law works together with other institutions at the larger University, particularly the School of lnternational Studies. The School of International Studies offers a masters and PhD program, with courses taught by lawyers, economists, political scientists, historians and philosophers. Due to the law school's collaboration with the School of International Studies, the selected scholar will have opportunities for cooperation in the broader context of social sciences.
