Grant Activity

The Scholar will be expected to take part in research activities and to contribute to student understanding of the nature and role of research mathematics and the processes by which one trains to become a research mathematician. The Scholar will take part in different kinds of activities of the Budapest Semesters of Mathematics.

The Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics will co-host the Scholar for the academic activity/research, and will provide research services and a vibrant scientific environment.

Conduct research in any area of interest, preferably in collaboration with Hungarian scholars at an institution within the Hungarian Academy of Sciences network. Assist in curriculum development and participate in staff training, as requested.
