Grant Activity

Fulbright Scholars will be expected to teach (primary activity) and conduct research (secondary activity).

Five to six months
Grant Dates

Grants may begin any time after September 1, 2021 and should be completed by June 30, 2022. Grant dates to be arranged with host institution. Possible exceptions should be agreed with the host institution.

Locations

One of the 23 universities located in the six regions of southern Italy: Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sardegna, Basilicata or Sicilia. The aim of this award is to promote a better knowledge of the South of Italy and to promote knowledge exchange and research in South-related issues at universities in the South of Italy.

While this award is open to any project in the disciplines listed above, there is interest in scholars who are in these particular specialty areas.

Applications are sought in all appropriate disciplines with preference for projects in the sciences and in technology.
