Grant Activity

The Scholar will assist in teaching one undergraduate creative writing class, as well as conduct one graduate workshop in the Scholar's field of expertise and interest. Public readings of published work and works-in-progress will be sponsored by the Seamus Heaney Centre and the School of Arts, English and Laguages.

Scholars should determine percentage of the grant dedicated to each activity with the host institution.

While this award is open to any project in the disciplines listed above, there is interest in scholars who are in these particular specialty areas.

Applications are sought in all appropriate specializations, but applications in the Anglophone Irish writing or modern Anglophone Irish literature are preferred.
