Grant Activity

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Consult on curriculum and research project development. Contribute to institutional training needs, as requested. Conduct research in area of specialization and develop research collaborations.

Scholars selected for this grant will be required to attend a mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation in Summer 2021.

Grant Length
One or two semesters (9 months maximum) depending on appropriate visa and registration support.
Grant Dates

One-semester grants may begin in September 2021 or end of January 2022.

  • Grants starting in September 2021 will be for four months in duration and grants starting in January 2022 will be for four or five months in duration.

Two-semester grants (9 months maximum) must begin in September 2021.

Locations

Any appropriate institution. Scholars may propose collaboration with Russian colleagues, or they may request recommended placements by the Moscow Fulbright Office. Applicants should expect to remain primarily in a single host city/institution, and they should not expect split affiliations or significant travel to secondary cities for research or teaching purposes.
